Rates:

Lunch : $15 (main course, dessert)

Dinner : $25 (entrance, main course, dessert)

Snack : hamburger, sandwich, fried.....

High Season Rate:
December - April - $140/night

Low Season Rate:
June & September - October- $ 100 /night

May - July - August - November - $ 120 / night

Christmas - New year's day - Carnival - $ 160 / night

Rates above are based on double occupancy and are inclusive of:
- three course breakfast
- welcome drink upon arrival
- access to all amenities
- daily housekeeping
- on site management

Additional person rate is $20/night for children over 5 years old.  Maximum of 2 adults and 2 children per room.

Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 12:00 AM

 

Cancellation Policy:

We are a small operation so cancellations affect us greatly.  We require a deposit equal to one nights stay to reserve your room. The balance is due in cash upon arrival. Panama is a cash country and we rely on cash to run our business here. Therefore, we cannot take Paypal for the room balance or for any tabs while you are here. We cannot take full prepayment as we require the balance in cash on site.

Cancellations made 60 days before arrival will receive a refund minus a 10% transaction fee.  If you cancel less than 60 days before your reservation, we will refund half of your deposit. If you cancel 30 days or less before your reservation, your deposit is not refundable.   If booking less than 30 days before arrival, we require full pre-payment and it is non refundable. Cancellations made after the 30 day window will forgo their deposit/full payment as it may be harder for us to fill the room.

Please note, if you are making changes/amendments to your dates less than 30 days before arrival, you are still responsible for the full payment of your original committed dates, as it becomes harder for us to re-book the room on late notice. 

We are not responsible for the weather, flight delays, acts of nature or mistakes you may have made with your reserved dates/itinerary or flight schedules during your trip. Thank you for understanding!

Reservations made during the Christmas/New Year Holiday require 100% payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable and non transferable. Please note: You are not confirmed until payment is received. We do not accept credit cards. Once you have arrived, we CANNOT take Paypal for room tabs or balances.
